Po-Ko Now Terms of Use

The rules for creating, saving, and sharing personal proof reports with Po-Ko Now.

1. Service and operator

2. User responsibility

Users are responsible for the photos, notes, location details, and other information they add or share. Do not upload unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, or private third-party content without appropriate authority or permission.

3. Accurate proof

Do not stage, falsify, manipulate, or misrepresent proof. Po-Ko Now helps organize a record but does not certify that an event occurred and does not replace legal, insurance, inspection, or professional advice.

4. Free and Pro

Free and Pro use the same report tools. Free includes up to 3 saved reports per month. Pro provides unlimited saved reports while the subscription is active.

5. App Store subscription

Po-Ko Now Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription managed through the purchaser's Apple ID. The App Store shows the final local price and renewal information. Users can manage or cancel the subscription in Apple ID settings.

6. Availability

Local drafts may remain available when the network is unavailable. Cloud upload, verification pages, PDFs, AI features, and subscription verification require server access. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
