Po-Ko Now Privacy Policy
How Po-Ko Now handles personal proof reports, photos, account data, optional location, AI features, and subscriptions.

2. Data we process
Po-Ko Now may process an account email, optional profile details, report text, fresh camera photos, optional proof-stage photos, capture timestamps, optional GPS or manually entered place information, report language, categories, PDF proof files, QR verification records, subscription transaction references, device-session metadata, support messages, and security logs.
3. Local and cloud reports
Reports can begin as local drafts on the device. When a user signs in and uploads or shares a report, the relevant report data is stored on Po-Ko servers so cloud sync, PDF sharing, and verification links can work.
4. Photos, location, and permissions
Camera access is used only when the user captures proof. Microphone and location are optional and are used only when the user chooses a voice note or GPS. Po-Ko Now does not use proof content for behavioral advertising and does not sell personal data.
5. AI features
When a user requests voice transcription, translation, or note cleanup, the relevant audio, text, and selected report context may be sent to an AI service provider so the requested feature can run. Typed notes remain available without recording audio.
6. Sharing and service providers
Service providers may process data for hosting, private storage, email delivery, AI features, security, monitoring, backups, support, and App Store subscription verification. A person who receives a shared PDF or verification link can see the information intentionally included in that shared record.
7. Retention, deletion, and rights
Users can delete local reports and request account deletion from Profile. Account deletion removes server reports connected to that Po-Ko Now account, subject to limited backup expiry, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or legal retention. Depending on location, users may also request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion.
