Delete a Po-Ko Now Account
How to delete local reports, request account deletion, or exercise privacy rights.
1. Delete in the app
Open Profile in Po-Ko Now and choose the account deletion option. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
2. If you cannot access the app
Email support@poko-go.com from the account email with the subject “Po-Ko Now account deletion request.” Po-Ko may ask for limited verification before acting on the request.
3. What is removed
Account deletion removes server reports connected to the account. Local reports stored only on a device must be deleted on that device or removed with the app's local data.
4. Limited retention
Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until normal backup expiry. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained where required.
