Po-Ko Now Refund Policy

How App Store refund and cancellation requests work for Po-Ko Now Pro.

1. Free plan

The Free plan has no subscription charge, so there is no payment to refund.

2. App Store purchases

Apple decides eligibility for App Store refunds. Requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund.

3. Technical entitlement help

If the App Store shows an active Po-Ko Now Pro purchase but the app remains Free, use Restore Purchases where available and then email support@poko-go.com with the account email and device/app version. Do not send the full receipt.
