Po-Ko Worker Terms of Service
Rules for invited workers, customer companies, work proof, manager review, and company billing.
1. Service and operator

2. Accounts and access
Customer companies are responsible for inviting authorized workers, managers, and admins, assigning appropriate roles, protecting access, and removing, archiving, or deactivating people who should no longer use the workspace.
3. Acceptable use
Use Po-Ko Worker only for legitimate work proof and operational reporting. Do not upload illegal, abusive, deceptive, unrelated, or private third-party content without appropriate authority or permission.
4. Accurate proof
Users must not stage, falsify, manipulate, or misrepresent work proof. Photos should be captured only where the customer company has a legitimate work purpose and appropriate authority.
5. Company responsibility
The customer company decides what tasks are assigned, who may view reports, how long proof is retained, which notices or consents are required in its region, and whether Po-Ko fits its operational or compliance workflow.
6. Worker app and company billing
The Worker app is free for invited workers and contains no in-app purchase. Company setup, manager review, billing, and administration are handled outside the app through the Po-Ko web service, secure online checkout, or business invoice.
7. No certification claim
Po-Ko may help create audit-ready or ISO-supporting evidence, but it does not certify compliance and does not replace a qualified auditor, lawyer, insurer, or certification body.
