Po-Ko Worker Refund Policy
How company trial, online payment, invoice, cancellation, and credit requests are handled.
1. Worker app
The Worker app is free for invited workers, so there is no in-app payment to refund.
2. Free company trial
If a company receives a free trial, no payment is charged for that trial period. Cancelling before paid continuation prevents the first paid renewal where applicable.
3. Paid company access
A company may request a refund or credit review within 14 days after the first paid period begins if the service was not actively used for production work. Requests are reviewed case by case under the agreed online-payment or invoice terms and applicable law.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation stops future company billing according to the active agreement. It does not automatically refund a previous paid period. Productive use, reports, photos, PDF exports, support work, fraud, or policy violations may affect eligibility.
5. Request
Email support@poko-go.com with the company name, billing contact, payment date, payment method, and reason for the request.
