Po-Ko legal

Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using Po-Ko for company work proof, manager review, PDF reporting, billing, and pilot or production use.

1. Service

Po-Ko is a photo-proof work reporting app for worker tasks, live photo reports, issue and extra job reports, manager review, PDF proof exports, and QR verification. Po-Ko is operated by 喜德科技有限公司 S.I.T. Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Accounts

Customers are responsible for inviting only authorized workers, managers, and admins, keeping login details safe, assigning appropriate roles, and removing, archiving, or deactivating users who should no longer access the service.

3. Acceptable use

Users must not upload illegal, abusive, unrelated, or private third-party content. Po-Ko should only be used for legitimate company work proof and related operational reporting.

4. Customer responsibility

The customer company is responsible for deciding what tasks are assigned, who may view reports, how long work proof is retained, whether worker notices or consents are required in their region, and whether Po-Ko is appropriate for the company's operational or compliance workflow.

5. Worker proof and photos

Users should submit accurate work proof and should not stage, falsify, manipulate, or upload unrelated proof. Photos should be captured only where the customer company has a legitimate work purpose and appropriate authority.

6. Public verification

PDF reports may include QR verification. The public verification page is intended to confirm report validity without exposing private photos. Customers are responsible for controlling who receives full PDF reports.

7. Pilot status

A company may start with a 14-day pilot or trial where agreed. If the company does not cancel before the trial ends, continued use after the trial becomes paid monthly use under the agreed billing terms. During pilot, trial, sandbox, or beta testing, features may change, availability may be limited, test data may be reset when agreed, and the service may be adjusted based on feedback.

8. Billing and payment

Paid access is handled through secure online checkout where available or by business invoice. Monthly pricing is based on active workers: 1-50 active workers, 51-150 active workers, or a custom invoice plan for 151+ active workers. Customers are responsible for paying agreed fees, keeping legal company and billing contact information accurate, and paying invoices or subscription charges by the agreed due date. Subscription access, trial access, or pilot access may be limited if payment is overdue or an account is used outside agreed terms.

9. No certification claim

Po-Ko may help create audit-ready or ISO-supporting evidence reports, but Po-Ko does not certify ISO compliance and does not replace a qualified auditor, lawyer, or certification body.

10. Availability and changes

Po-Ko is operated with care, monitoring, and backups, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features, pricing, integrations, and workflows may change as the product develops, especially during pilot and early commercial use.

11. Data and backups

The service stores operational work proof for the customer company. Po-Ko may use backups, logs, and security measures to protect and restore service data. Customers should export or save important reports they need for their own records.
