Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund or credit requests are handled for Po-Ko trial access, online payments, business invoice payments, subscriptions, and active production usage.

1. Free pilot or trial

If a customer receives a free pilot or trial, no payment is charged for that trial period. Because no payment is charged, there is no refund needed for the free trial period.

2. Paid access

Customers may request a refund or credit review within 14 days after the first paid period begins if the service was not actively used for production work. Requests are reviewed case by case and may depend on account activity, report volume, PDF exports, support work, payment records, agreed invoice terms, and applicable law.

3. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation monthly for the next month or cancel before the 14-day trial ends to avoid paid continuation. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous paid periods unless required by law, agreed invoice terms, or approved by Po-Ko.

4. Manual invoice payments

For business customers paying by manual invoice, refund or credit requests are handled according to the agreed invoice terms, service start date, and actual use. Po-Ko may offer account credit instead of a refund where appropriate.

5. Usage after payment

If the service has been actively used for real production work, reports, photo proof, PDF exports, or substantial account activity, refunds may be limited or refused.

6. Abuse or policy violations

Refunds may be refused if an account was used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, illegal content, or violations of the Po-Ko Terms of Service.

7. Payment method

Po-Ko may use secure online checkout or business invoice payment. Refund handling, credits, taxes, and payment timing follow payment records, agreed invoice terms, and applicable law.
