Po-Ko is operated by S.I.T. Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains how Po-Ko handles company work proof, family task data, photos, account data, billing data, support requests, and security records.

2. Customer company and user roles

Po-Ko is used by customer companies to manage operational work proof. The customer company decides which workers, managers, admins, branches, objects, areas, and tasks are created in its workspace. Workers submit proof for the customer company, and managers/admins review it inside that company workspace.

3. What Po-Ko collects

Po-Ko may collect company account data, manager/admin account data, worker account or login data, branch/object/task data, assignments, work report text, original worker input, AI-cleaned report notes, live photo proof, timestamps, PDF reports, verification IDs, QR verification records, Po-Ko Home account and family membership data, family tasks, proof notes/photos, reward requests, device-session metadata, support messages, billing/payment status, invoice or receipt references, access logs, and technical security logs.

4. Why Po-Ko uses data

We use data to provide, protect, and improve the Po-Ko service: worker login, task assignment, photo-proof reporting, issue and extra job reports, manager review, PDF export, QR verification, billing, support, troubleshooting, security, fraud prevention, backup/restore, system maintenance, and legal compliance.

5. Photos and work reports

Photos and reports are used as company work proof or private family task proof. They are not public social content. Private photos are served through authenticated routes and should only be accessed by authorized workspace or family members, or by Po-Ko service operations when needed for support, security, maintenance, or legal reasons.

6. Public PDF verification

PDF reports may include a QR code and verification ID. The public verification page is designed to confirm report validity and basic verification information without exposing private report photos. A person with access to the full PDF may see information included inside that PDF.

7. AI processing

When AI voice transcription, translation, or report cleanup is enabled, relevant report text, audio, and context may be processed by an AI service provider to create clearer work notes. The original worker input may be stored for transparency, while private or unrelated comments can be kept out of official PDF output where the workflow supports that separation.

8. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers for hosting, storage, backups, email delivery, payments, AI features, security, monitoring, and support where needed to operate Po-Ko. For business customers, Po-Ko may act as a processor/service provider for the customer company.

9. Payments and billing

Billing may be handled through a secure payment provider or business invoice processes. Po-Ko may store legal company name, company number, VAT or tax ID, billing address, billing contact details, selected payment method, active-worker tier, invoice records, payment status, plan status, payment history references, cancellation requests, and related operational records.

10. International operation

Po-Ko may be used by customers in Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Germany/EU, the United States, and other regions. Data may be processed in countries where our infrastructure or service providers operate.

11. Retention

Work proof may be retained for the customer company's operational, audit, contractual, safety, quality, billing, or legal needs. Po-Ko Home private exports expire after 24 hours. Home account and owner-controlled family deletion requests have a 7-day cancellation period, after which live task proof and verified private files are deleted. Pseudonymous Home security audit records may be retained for up to 7 years, upload scan metadata for up to 365 days, and deleted live data may remain in time-limited backups until backup expiry.

12. Backups and security

Po-Ko uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect service data, including restricted private file routes, production database controls, backups, monitoring, and access logs for private photo/PDF views. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should also manage user access carefully.

13. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, receive a copy of, or request information about personal data. Po-Ko Home provides in-app account export, device-session revocation, and cancellable account deletion; family owners also control full-family export and deletion. Some company work proof may need to remain available to the customer company for operational, contractual, audit, or legal reasons. To exercise other rights, contact us at support@poko-go.com.
