Po-Ko pricing covers Worker company billing plus Now and Home app subscriptions. Worker uses secure online checkout or invoice. Now and Home are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

1. Po-Ko Worker company pricing

1-50 active workers from US$50/month, 51-150 active workers from US$150/month, and 151+ active workers by custom invoice. Unlimited tasks, reports, photos, PDFs, managers, admins, branches, and objects are included. The tier is based on active workers.

2. Po-Ko Now pricing

Free plan includes 3 saved reports per month. Pro is US$9.99/month for unlimited saved reports. Free and Pro use the same features. Only the monthly saved-report amount changes. A report counts when the user saves the record.

3. Po-Ko Home pricing

Free includes 1 family, up to 3 active tasks, completed-task history, 1 supporter, and all core tools. Pro starts with 14 days free, then costs US$4.99/month in the United States. Pro removes the active-task and supporter limits for one family. One parent subscribes for that family; children and supporters never need separate subscriptions.

5. App Store and Google Play billing

Po-Ko Now and Po-Ko Home subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The store shows the final local price, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options. Po-Ko Now and Po-Ko Home app subscriptions do not use the Worker online checkout.

6. Trials and recurring billing

Po-Ko Worker may offer a 14-day company trial. Starting paid Worker access during the trial uses the no-trial online checkout, so a second 14-day trial is not added. Po-Ko Home has a Free plan with 1 family, up to 3 active tasks, and 1 supporter; eligible new Pro subscribers receive the 14-day trial displayed by the app store before the monthly subscription begins. Po-Ko Now has a Free plan with 3 saved reports per month and a Pro app-store subscription for unlimited saved reports.

7. Taxes and checkout total

For Po-Ko Worker, taxes may apply and are calculated during secure online checkout based on the billing country and applicable tax rules, or shown on the business invoice. For Po-Ko Now and Po-Ko Home, Apple App Store or Google Play shows the final local price, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options before purchase.

8. Payment method

Companies can choose secure online payment or business invoice where available for Po-Ko Worker. Business invoice requests and 151+ active-worker plans are handled by Po-Ko support. Po-Ko Now and Po-Ko Home subscriptions are purchased and managed inside the Apple App Store or Google Play.

9. Cancellation

Worker customers may cancel before the end of the 14-day trial to avoid the first paid monthly charge. After paid Worker access starts, cancellation applies to future billing periods according to the active subscription and cancellation terms. Po-Ko Now and Po-Ko Home subscriptions are cancelled in the customer's Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
